Riley's friend Jack turned one on July 15th and had a little party (well, semi-big, there
was a bouncy castle) to celebrate. This get together allowed Riley (and her mommy) to catch up with some friends, and to meet a few new ones. Jack's mom, Jenny, played on the
Denver Gaels Ladies' Gaelic Football team with me (Jenny is actually from Ireland).

Here is Jack. Pooped out from showing off his newly acquired walking skills.

This is Eileen, also a former Denver Gael. Her daughter is the one reaching for the cup. She moved back East for a few years, so it was nice to see her again and meet her daughter.

Finnuala and Riley, being entertained by cups.
Christine, Sonya (Finnuala's mom) and Aiden, Christine's son.
Christine and Sonya were also previous players on the Denver Gaels. I guess the team had quite the baby boom! In fact, Jenny, Sonya and I were all due within a week or two of each other. Jack came first (7/15), then Riley (8/5), then Finnuala (8/12). We went on walks together around Wash Park during our maternity leaves.
